Each year, Storm Season comes to Florida from June 1 to December 1. With such a long season that brings a lot of challenges, OUC consistently communicates to educate customers on safety. The crews out in the field restoring power are seen as the experts and heroes during Storm Season. Leading the collaboration with Marketing and Communications, I was able to spotlight OUC's line technicians with this new creative direction and directed photo shoots to capture them as the on-the-ground heroes that they are.

Cold weather in Orlando brings higher bills to customers. In order to mitigate phone calls and high wait times with Customer Service, this education campaign provides customers with tips on how to save money and stay safe.

The holidays always bring safety concerns from overloaded powerstrips to leaving yard decorations on all night which can cause devastating effects. Partnering with Marketing and Communications, provided a number of great ideas on an education-focused campaign. Holi-do's and Holi-don'ts gives easily digestible tips on how to keep your holidays safe to avoid catastrophes - large or small.

Each Fall, OUC partners with United Way for their internal workplace giving campaign. The theme changes yearly and new branding is needed to promote to employees the ability to donate to multiple charitable organizations through weekly payroll deductions. This was incorporated into posters, brochures, stickers, flyers and email.
